CLAIMS HANDLING PHILOSOPHY

Prompt, thorough investigations of both liability and damages completed expeditiously through on-site review, interviews, photographs, and technological inspection.

Once liability is established and damages are carefully documented, we seek fair and equitable settlements.

We keep the insured and insurers apprised of the claim status as well as our findings, make recommendations, and seek authority to either negotiate or deny a claim

We engage the claimant or his/her attorney early and aggressively to negotiate reasonable, economical, cost effective resolutions without the need for litigation.

In claims with no liability, or those in which there is a hold harmless or indemnity agreement in favor of our client, we issue firm denials and/or tender the claim to the responsible party. We seek out other co-tortfeasors for contribution and we maximize potential subrogation recoveries.

When appropriate we submit subrogation claims to liable third parties on our clients' behalf.
